Product Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. The 14-day period begins on the date you receive the last package. To receive a full refund, products must be returned in suitable packaging. Items must not have been used, worn, or damaged beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

  • Items must be returned with the label still attached (if applicable).

  • Accessories must include all components from the original packaging.

The return request may be rejected if the conditions indicated above are not met.

Return Instructions

For returns and exchanges related to orders placed in Naples and the surrounding province, you can contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (using the green button at the bottom right of the website). Please send a message with your first and last name and attach a screenshot of the order placed.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the return has been received, we will process it within 2-4 business days. Any refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Orders placed with cash on delivery will be refunded by issuing a digital voucher valid for online purchases, equal to the amount of the returned products.

Package Collection

For local areas (Naples, the provinces of Avellino and Benevento), the assigned courier will collect the package from your address.
